** I am a licensed california real estate broker. One day I saw an adverisement for units by Century21 Astro. I was transfered to Bina, she gave me the information on the property I was calling about but at the same time she asked me if she can suggest other investments and if I was working with other realtor. I told her I am a broker but you can reprent me if you find something. She asked me why would not I want to represent myself and save commission. I told her, I do not know the  latest laws and I rather have someone like you reprent me and protect me.
